Job Description
ABC Shoreline Gymnastics is excited to announce an opening for a Competitive Gymnastics Coach. We are looking for a strong coach with a background in gymnastics and experience in coaching or teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates from local colleges who are passionate about gymnastics and athlete development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnasts.
Teach advanced gymnastics skills and choreograph routines.
Ensure athlete safety and monitor skill progression.
Qualifications:
USAG Certified Gymnastics Coach OR Teaching Certification OR CIAC Certified
Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience, preferably with Elite Developmental Program experience.
Strong gymnastics background, with coaching or teaching experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary (based on experience): $45,000 - $70,000 (full-time) Hourly $18-$28 (part-time).
Full-time Benefits: 20 days PTO, health insurance, pension plan (SEP), professional development opportunities, and relocation assistance available.
Flexible Availability:
We are flexible with candidates' schedules and encourage applicants who are eager to inspire young athletes.
